I was introduced to Crystal at Sahailey Cavaliers by my granddaughter Sophie in March 2025. After losing my husband in October 2024, Sophie and I decided a puppy might be the perfect fresh start. She found Floyd, and we were instantly in love.
Crystal was kind and supportive from the start. When I realized I wasn’t yet well enough to care for Floyd, she graciously boarded him for an extra month. I’m so grateful for her compassion.
Floyd came home on May 2nd and has been the sweetest little guy—truly part of the family. Crystal continues to offer helpful advice and support. Her Cavaliers are wonderful, and so is she.
